880TSingle Puller Pulling force:150KG 1.The rail is made of 32 # I steel, both sides with40 # square steel, steels through related treatment in order to meet the necessary rigidity and reducing the profiles defects which caused by the vibration of puller ; 2.The puller is driven by DC motor, working through the chain which are set on the rail of the clamp device , electromagnetic brake control is adopt on the return; 3.The pullers head jaws clamp the sections and maintain certain degree of tension with the profiles, the pulling speed is synchronously with the extrusion press unit; 4.The electrical system is controlled by inverter, Mitsubishi PLC , through the encoder and PLC control the pulling speed and display the pulling length, it can position accuracy and high degree of automation; 5.The whole processing needed power is transmission slide wire, safety and reliable; 6.The puller has separate terminal control, all cables and wires are protected by line pipe and case.
